A recent project we completed at Louth Park. Designed, fabricated and installed by the NSFT team using frames made from TRUECORE® steel.

Wide, sweeping eaves were a key design feature on our recent Louth Park project. House frames made from TRUECORE® steel have a high strength-to-weight ratio and stay straight and true, making them an ideal choice for modern home design.

Completion of Stage 3, the final stage of this multi staged Community Centre will see the facility become a hub for active living and social engagement for the residents with the addition of an indoor swimming pool and spa, a modern gym, multi-purpose rooms and amenities to complement the previously constructed cafe, bar, kitchen, lounge, cinema, bistro, billards room, BBQ terrace and bowling green. Quick site visit to check on the progress of a stunning acreage build our team recently had the pleasure of manufacturing, supplying and installing the frames for at Nelsons Plains. ⁣ ⁣ Nestled on approx. 600 acres and surrounded by cattle, this 857m2 build features spacious, open-plan living areas, 3m raked ceilings and an extra large alfresco area with spa, all creating a truly luxurious feel for this stunning property.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ A big thanks to John from J W Proctor Builder for trusting NSFT to manufacture and supply the frames for this incredible project. ✨

𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴! ✨⁣ ⁣ Check out these pics from a recent project our team have been working on at Belmont North for our client Lenwood Construction. ⁣ ⁣ Steel frames were the perfect choice for this project as they can accomodate the architectural designs including large spans and open plan living areas and are also fire and termite resistant, a great choice for this property which backs onto bushland. ⁣ ⁣ The sheer scale of this new build is difficult to fathom from pictures alone but take our word for it when we say this next-level new build is something else and the 5.4m high grand entrance is just the start! 😍⁣ ⁣ Offering 6 bedrooms plus cinema, enormous open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining areas with fireplace and impressive mezzanine, this luxury home is going to be a real show stopper once complete. ⁣ ⁣ Thanks to Tim and his team at Lenwood Construction for letting us be part of this exciting new build. Reposting from our friends at @truecoresteel. ‘No bracing needed’ with Scott May, a Victorian builder with over 30 years’ experience and @BlueScopeAUS on site expert adviser. Another advantage of a steel frame is the lack of need for additional bracing, as Scott points out. “With these walls on @theblock, the steel frames #madefromTRUECOREsteel are designed with bracing included so you don’t have to pack out your walls”. It’s a major reduction in cost and time saver, considering even something as simple as the 120 nails needed in each sheet of bracing.
